Technical Competencies
Knowledge on CC camera operation
Knowledge on IT will be given highest precedence.
Behavioral Competencies
Should be able to communicate (both in Bangla & English – oral & written) and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Trustworthy, Reliable & Dependable.
Working knowledge on MS Office.
Responsibilities & Context:
To undertake operation of all equipment and cameras to comply with the CCTV Code of Practice.
To effectively monitor view screens and to take any remedial or immediate action and notification as appropriate to events seen.
To produce and maintain continuity of all detailed records or evidential material required in a clear, concise, legible accurate format.
To monitor and operate radio links with the Quick Response Security Team of EHD.
To carry out regular equipment checks and report all equipment faults to the HOS.
To sign a confidentiality agreement and follow the guidelines regarding handling of all information obtained within the Control Room, whether video files, written, verbal and other sensitive materials held within the Control Room.
To be aware of an act in accordance with the Data Protection and Human Rights Act regarding disclosure of information and respect privacy.
To ensure the security of the Control Room and all equipment is always maintained satisfactorily, which includes access control of all visitors to the Control Room and information within.
To carry out such other duties as the HOS may properly require from time to time.
To operate the systems having regard to Human Rights legislation, including Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act and Data Protection principles.
