Responsibilities & Context:
• CCTV Setup & Maintenance: Install, configure and troubleshoot CCTV systems including DVRs, NVRs, IP and analogue cameras.
• Cabling & Networking: Manage cable pulling RJ-45 crimping router setup and basic LAN/WLAN configuration for homes and offices.
• Computer Servicing: Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for desktops and laptops.
• Hardware Upgrades: Perform SSD HDD and RAM upgrades and assemble custom desktop PCs.
• Software Installation: Install operating systems (Windows), essential software drivers and perform virus removal.
• Customer Support: Offer excellent technical support and troubleshooting assistance in-store and at client locations.
• Visit client sites for installation inspections and after-sales support as needed.
