Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain proper records, books and ledger related to fund receiving & disbursement.
∎ Checking and posting vouchers into daily Cash Book.
∎ Maintain correct cash balances at cash registers.
∎ To keep records, books related to materials and assets.
∎ Assist in material requisitions.
∎ To receive purchased materials and arrange for the storage in appropriate places.
∎ To issue materials only in required quantities against requisition notes
∎ Assist in transferring of inventory into and out of the company warehouse.
∎ Conducting the actual inventory count.
∎ Maintaining fixed asset records and report to head office.
∎ Coordination for smooth functioning of Accounts Department and Inventory Department.
∎ Provide general administrative and logistics support including mailing, employee attendance and leave records etc.
∎ Maintain office supplies for project.
