Responsibilities & Context:
We are a growing training institute dedicated to developing skilled caregivers for overseas opportunities. We are currently looking for an experienced and certified Caregiving Trainer who has successfully completed Caregiver Level 4 and can effectively train students in Level 2 & 3 courses under NSDA or relevant guidelines.
Conduct caregiving classes for Level 2 and 3 trainees following the approved curriculum and competency-based standards.
Assess trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain training materials, class schedules, and attendance records.
Ensure trainees understand both theoretical and practical caregiving modules (elderly care, patient handling, hygiene, first aid, etc.).
Coordinate with management to ensure the delivery of high-quality training.
Good communication skills in Bangla (and basic English preferred).
Must be patient, empathetic, and able to manage a class.
Computer literacy is a plus (for training reports or digital lessons
