Experience:
Training/experience in BPO, Call Center, or Healthcare Customer Care will get priority.
Age 22–32 years (flexible for experienced candidates).
Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English.
Ability to manage patients politely with empathy and professionalism.
Computer literacy (MS Office, email, hospital/diagnostic CRM software).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Willingness to work in roster-based shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Receive patients and visitors warmly and provide necessary information regarding diagnostic & healthcare services.
Handle inbound and outbound calls (appointment booking, test inquiries, report delivery, and service feedback).
Guide patients for registration, billing, and service procedures.
Ensure proper record-keeping of patient details, bookings, and complaints using software/CRM tools.
Provide accurate information about diagnostic tests, doctors’ schedules, and packages.
Manage patient complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Maintain service standards aligned with BPO/customer care practices (SOP-based, target-driven, polite communication).
Coordinate with laboratory, accounts, and medical staff for smooth service delivery.
Follow up with patients regarding reports, follow-up visits, or service quality feedback.
Work in rotational shifts (morning/evening/night) as per diagnostic center requirements.
