∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The duties and responsibilities of the Capacity Development Associates (CDA) will include, but not limited to the following:
∎ Work with the group under Program Management
∎ Work under the supervision of the TL and will report to Regional Coordinator (to be assigned by the Team Leader) for day-to-day activities
∎ The CDA will be based at the Pourashava level and will work closely with the Pourashava officials for the implementation of the Urban Governance Improvement Action Plan (UGIAP)
∎ Render assistance regarding the planning and implementation of capacity development training activities at the Pourashava level
∎ Maintain liaison and coordination with the concerned Regional Specialists for various UGIAP and capacity development activities
∎ Prepare monthly. quarterly and annual progress reports on the implementation of UGIAP and capacity development activities and send those to the PMU with a copy to the concerned regional office
∎ Assist Pourashavas in preparing PDP
∎ Support Pourashava to keep the website functional and all other software/guidelines provided by the program
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the Team Leader and the Project Director
∎ Perform in a strictly time-bound manner in total adherence to the qualitative and quantitative requirements of the program vis a vis consulting assignment and ought to remain cautious
∎ Perform any other relevant duties as may be required by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the relevant field of work in any urban development project or Pourashava. He/ She should have computer literacy and proven oral and written communication skills in Bengali and English. Experience in planning and implementing related training programs and performance as Trainer with computer literacy will be preferred.
