Educational Requirements:
∎ University degree in social science, public administration, education, law, or another relevant field
∎ Academic or vocational qualification in adult learning, education, training design, and delivery

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Project/ programme management qualification
∎ At least ten years of experience in training design and delivery
∎ Managing capacity building interventions for a wide range of stakeholders
∎ Experience of training of civil society actors within a programme or project context
∎ Experience of training of government officials within a programme or project context
∎ Experience of working in international development cooperation projects
∎ Identifying and sharing lessons learned areas of innovation, and best practice for continuous improvement of the project and broader internal teams
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 is a must.
∎ Experience of European Union-funded projects is desirable
∎ Ability to design and conduct a training needs assessment, module development, and deliver training
∎ Experience with the SharePoint environment (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
