Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Economics, Political Science, Governance
∎ Honors/ Masters in Economics, Political Science, Governance from any recognized university with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. Qualification can be considered for a highly qualified candidate.
∎ Skills Required: Community Mobilization , Computer literacy, Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English, Networking and Communications Skills, Presentation, Reporting and Documentation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising community-wise action plan to bring out the best performance
∎ Supervising the community action groups and other expenditure tracking actions
∎ Prepare plan and design for four public service expenditure tracking with community action groups.
∎ Implementing awareness activities under the project at the central level and field level as well.
∎ Supervise all planned activities of 04 community action groups and provide guidance for ensuring quality field operations of expenditure tracking
∎ Conduct field visits for effective field operation and update the progress, significant changes, and challenges to the management.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Practical work experience in the development field; especially public expenditure tracking related activities
∎ Experience in working with grassroots community people
∎ Skills on field-based work and relevant competencies of preparing and conducting a survey
∎ Excellent networking skills to develop and maintain a relationship
∎ Ability to rapidly analyze and integrate diverse information from varied sources
∎ Excellent competencies in computer literacy, team management, reporting, documentation, best practice identification, and innovation.
∎ Competencies in team leadership and cross-cultural communications.
∎ Ability to produce a variety of written communications products in a clear, concise style;
∎ Ability to deliver oral presentations to various audiences
Salary: Tk. 20500 (Monthly)
