Responsible for Making & Monitor Company HR & policies as per local laws.
Planning and Process of Recruitment staff for the Organization on demand.
Develop your team also if we need to make calls to create more Leads/ Jobs then you have to take a call from there
Conduct a new employee orientation program.
Ensure the proper process of deployment, joining, and appointed related tasks, pre and post-employment reference checks, record keeping of all recruitment-related documents, and preservation for reporting.
Develop training modules, conduct training sessions, and monitor departmental training activities.
Maintaining Employee attendance & leave management on a daily basis in the HRM portal.
Absent Counseling & take action. Salary Deduction Apply Each day absent Also Late Come .
Monitoring all disciplinary action, grievance issues & also counseling motivates the employees as per local law.
Roll out Talent Management, Performance Management initiatives with the Head of HR.
Ensure effective exit interviews with proper existing and replacement plans.
Monitoring subordinate job activities i.e. HR & Admin team and working as a team.
Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
Salary Start from Tk. 25,000 (Monthly depending on your Experience) + Commission
