Responsibilities & Context:
মূল দায়িত্ব
✔️ আমাদের দেওয়া leads এ call করে clients খুঁজে বের করা
✔️ Facebook, LinkedIn বা online মাধ্যমে নিজের মতো leads সংগ্রহ করতে পারা বড় সুবিধা
✔️ Interested clients দের account খুলতে guide করা
✔️ নিয়মিত follow-up রাখা
✔️ Google Sheet এ daily report দেওয়া
✅ যা লাগবে
‣ প্রফেশনাল Bangla communication skill
‣ Telemarketing, outbound calling বা sales এ আগের অভিজ্ঞতা
‣ Online এ leads বা ক্লায়েন্ট বের করার বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার পাবেন
‣ ভালো internet এবং noise-cancelling headset
‣ Consistent এবং responsible
