Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally
Understand client queries related to real estate and provide accurate information
Manage customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments
Guide clients on property details, pricing, and services
Follow up with potential buyers and existing clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare daily call reports and activity updates
