Key Responsibilities
- Good command in English; both in verbal and written is a must. Preferably has a British or US accent.
- Strong communication skills over the phone and email for this role is vital.
- Must be able to use different meeting platforms and social media.
- Having strong Computer and IT skills, especially in Microsoft office and Google suite products.
- Must be analytical, confident, multitasking and organised.
- Able to work and collaborate with different departments and teams.
- You genuinely care about our customers and you need to be someone who stays calm under pressure and works independently with little or no supervision.
- You must multitask and handle stress under pressure.
- This is an onsite role 6 days a week
- (8.00 pm to 05.00 am).
