  • Call leads and schedule appointments.

  • Document and update customer information in the system.

  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and reports.

  • Coordinate with other teams for smooth operations.

  • Provide professional, friendly, and timely customer service.
