Key Responsibilities:
Call leads and schedule appointments.
Document and update customer information in the system.
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate customer records and reports.
Coordinate with other teams for smooth operations.
Provide professional, friendly, and timely customer service.
