Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
Provide accurate information about company services/products to customers
Respond to customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently
Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system
Schedule and confirm appointments (if applicable)
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary
Achieve daily/monthly call targets and performance KPIs
Maintain call quality, etiquette, and company guidelines
Support sales activities through calls (if required)
