Job Responsibilities:
∎ Treating customers as guests. Leading and aligning the cafe team in to create an environment where the guests ( customers) keep coming regularly for our food, ambiance, and unique customer service.
∎ Plan and execute presentation of Food/deserts and shelved items in a way that remains organized and appealing.
∎ Hire, train, and training restaurant employees
∎ Create staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffing
∎ Tracking stock levels of food and supplies and ensuring timely receipt of supplies according to café requirements.
∎ Identifying scope of improvement in overall service standard and outlook of the café and improving the standard continuously.
∎ Addressing customer needs, comments, and complaints and working on those .
∎ Leading the café team in a way so that it meets and surpasses international standards in service/health/safety/sanitation standards.
∎ Creating a culture that goes beyond the expectation of the customers in terms of service and quality.
∎ Process payroll and maintain all relevant records
∎ Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards
∎ Report on financial performance, inventory, and personnel
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Minimum 5 years in a well-known Café as an in charge
∎ We expect the In-charge to have a working knowledge of Baristas, and Ideas of café foods.
∎ Availability to work within opening hours (Including weekends and holidays)
∎ Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
∎ Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Comfortable in setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed
∎ Extremely organized and detail-oriented
∎ Customer service Attitude.
∎ certifications (if have any training)
