Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have experience in 2D AutoCAD.
∎ Preparation of Building Design drawings, shop drawings, and AS Built drawings.
∎ Maintain drawing files.
∎ Provide technical assistance using drawings, rough sketches for specifications, and calculations made by engineers and quantity surveyors.
∎ Re-design in the shortest possible time as per the given correction by the project engineer.
∎ Interact with project engineers and contractors to accurately create drawings during the design process.
∎ Printing of Auto CAD drawings in big format printers e.g., HP Design jets with proper scaling as & when required.
∎ Prepare dimensional drawings, installation drawings, and any other as required for the project.
∎ Closely work with engineering teams on guidelines of installation drawings that meet the project requirement from time to time.
∎ Ability to prepare all service coordination drawings.
∎ Suitable qualification in AutoCAD.
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word.

TOA CORPORATION set up a Branch office in Bangladesh by taking permission from BIDA on 14 November 2019.

TOA CORPORATION, Bangladesh Office is currently undertaking 03 (Three) projects,

(i) The project called “Procurement of Land Development Works for Bangladesh Special Economic Zone Development under Foreign Direct Investment Promotion Project”. The branch was appointed by Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA) to develop land in Narayanganj’s Araihazar to set up a dedicated industrial park for Japanese investors. The project is jointly financed by the Government of Bangladesh and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

(ii) The project called “Construction and control service of BHL factory expansion project referred as (Step-2)". The branch was appointed by Bangladesh Honda Private Limited (BHL) to implement the project.

(iii) The project called “Construction of RCC Boundary Wall at Japanese Economic Zone at Araihazar, Narayanganj, Bangladesh”. The branch was appointed by Singer Bangladesh Limited to implement the project.
