Job Context:
∎ Poche Architecture & Design is seeking an experienced CAD Technician to join its team in Dhaka.
∎ We are looking for an experienced CAD Drafter who is excellent in Commercial & Residential Projects. Candidates must be capable of preparing RAJUK drawings for submissions.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 2D drawings, Elevations (Interior/Exterior), Plans, Sections & Interior Details.
∎ Preparing drawings for RAJUK submission.
∎ MEP drawings.
∎ Planning documentation.
∎ Preparing Sourcing / Inventory Lists Structural & Architectural Drafting.
∎ Expertise in Residential & commercial design work.
∎ Co-ordinate Architectural design & Architectural section of CAEL meeting RAJUK requirements including aesthetic and functional aspects.
∎ Re-consideration of the built-up area and salable area of approved design meeting the stipulated requirements.
∎ Site control & site visits for proper implementation of Architectural design.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary is commensurate with experience.
