Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1) Developing training material and accomplishing the training in accordance with the CAAB ANOs and organizational standards.
∎ 2) Review training material to ensure all training is conducted in accordance with the organization's procedures and recommendation of the Original Equipment
∎ Manufacturers (OEM).
∎ 3) Participating in the organization's safety management system and promoting the safety culture within the Cabin Safety department.
∎ 4) Maintaining objectivity in Cabin Crew training and evaluation.
∎ 5) Reviewing and updating the Cabin Safety training content and procedures.
∎ 6) Supporting the Cabin Safety Training Manager in all aspects relating to Cabin
∎ Safety department training.
∎ 7) Reviewing and updating the Cabin Safety Manual and ensuring the contents remain current and relevant to the operations conducted.
∎ 8) Coordination with all training stakeholders to collect all training-related data.
∎ 9) Ensuring that all training documentation is completed on time, filed and stored
∎ appropriately for future requirements.
∎ 11) Preparing cabin safety exam papers and ensuring the material is protected and records are maintained.
∎ 12) Assessing, monitoring, coaching, and provide performance feedback to individual cabin crew in order to ensure they achieve the required levels of competence.
∎ 13) Identifying individual development for the participants and ensure development plans are in place to support them.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ • Cabin Crew: Minimum 01 (One) year experience on type.
∎ • Instructor: Minimum 02 (Two) years’ experience on type as Instructor and 05 (five) years flying experience as Cabin Crew
