Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Core role is to use problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to solve an organization's challenges. The day-to-day duties and responsibilities of a Business Systems Analyst include:
∎ Researching and analyzing an organization's existing business processes to identify areas for improvement
∎ Training the organization's staff and improving the organization's operational processes to enhance its productivity
∎ Developing reports for the organization's executive team and shareholders to support their recommendations for improvements
∎ Overseeing the implementation of projects from beginning to end while ensuring that it meets the client's needs
∎ Developing methodologies based on diagrams, surveys and self-initiated interviews
∎ Communicating with senior management about interruptions and other frustrations impacting their workflow
∎ Creating detailed plans for the implementation of new processes, including budgets and other resources required.
∎ As Software Architect:
∎ It is an important step in identifying process improvements and developing process improvement strategies. In conjunction with that the software architects whose role is usually to work full time in an office setting with their development team. They may perform their duties remotely or online with other Programmers or Developers as they work offsite. The Responsibilities are:
∎ Overseeing the design, programming, testing and deployment of enterprise solutions
∎ Recommending appropriate tools, technologies and processes for the development of scalable and software solutions
∎ Establishing coding standards, guidelines and project practices
∎ Providing technical leadership and support to Business Analysts, Project Managers and other Developers
∎ Validating enterprise solutions and obtaining customer feedback
∎ Creating enterprise software documentation and providing ticket support
∎ Testing segments of project code to ensure quality and checking for errors
