∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Planning/ Development, Building Materials, Business Analysis, Client Relationship Management, Comunication, Corporate Sales and Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chemical Industries, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To explore market for new businesses.
∎ Actively promote, lead all sales team, generate and meet company sales targets across the assigned product range, whilst achieving personal and company objectives.
∎ To Create new customer for existing product & provide highest quality of service in a professional manner to retain customers.
∎ To handle customers requirements & complain in a professional Manner.
∎ Ability to sell the Industrial Product with target.
∎ Attend daily to customers and follow-up to close leads.
∎ Exploit tactics to enhance sales and increase revenue.
∎ Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique.
∎ Ability to submit planning, budgeting and interpretation of quotation.
∎ Find out New Customers & visit the market frequently.
∎ Submit data and management report on time.
∎ Must have to mentality about Motorcycle Driving.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management as per company requirement.
∎ Evaluations of products, latest industry developments etc. which may have an impact on the sales offering.
∎ Coordinate with appropriate personnel to organize products for evaluations and lead and conduct product evaluations in targeted accounts.
∎ Have to respond customer's inquiries on time.
∎ Be able to work as a team player as well as individual.
∎ Be able to work under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Smart, Honest, Industrious, Easy going, Professional
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure

∎ Computer Skill in MS Word
∎ Good communication skills
Salary: Tk. 70000 - 80000 (Monthly)

∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
