Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitating Head Of Sates in formulating and business strategy aligned with strategy.
∎ Responsible for providing decision support and financial expertise to assigned the company in order to achieve long term competitive cost,
∎ The position is also responsible for forecasting, restructuring, sourcing, savings. reporting and budget monitor activities Under the company umbrella.
∎ Business partner to assigned the company Leadership, driven Performance,guiding key decisions Formulation strategy and steering its implementation.
∎ Drives programmers to achieve long-term competitive costs and service levels.
∎ prepare and monitor Of the reporting budgeting.
∎ Highlighting effective means of enhancing business efficiency.
∎ Financial input into business strategic Planing ensuring the viability Of major capital expenditure projects.
∎ Recommending innovative and cost-efficient and value adding alternatives to operation.
∎ Benchmark costs & efficiencies across the company and deliver the cost agenda for the organization.
∎ Anchor the Cost Effectiveness Program (CEP) for operation unit and work with functional teams to achieve CEP targets.
∎ Contribute to he gross margin delivery Of the business and drive the variance analysis process in conjunction with the company accounts team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-7 years, experience in FMCG business.
∎ Experience in Telecommunications/FMCG/Mutational Companies will add value to this position.
