∎ We are looking for a high-performing business development specialist to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.

∎ Create and update electronic records of clients
∎ Maintain relationships with key persons of corporate clients
∎ Find out new business opportunities to maintain sustainable financial growth of the company.
∎ Achieve sales target by forecasting and developing annual/monthly sales plan and performance monitoring of the sales team.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Realistic forecasts to the management team.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Team development and ensure continuous improvement in productivity.
∎ Carry out any task as and when assigned by the management.
∎ Candidate must be well familiar with all the online necessary marketing tools and technologies.
∎ Excellent business plan and project proposal writing skills.
