Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environment, Safety, Pharma, Chemical, Electronics, Food, Agriculture

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business development, Buyer Handling, Market Research, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify Key account both existing within company and new target in line with business growth strategy.
∎ Program management including MIS based upon coordination and information from Local field manager/ Operation team.
∎ Participate and contribute from country and regional (on demand) in global tender.
∎ Develop sales and marketing strategy; develop presentation, service flyer, website update in consultation with corporate/ central marketing.
∎ Overall responsible for confirmed sales revenue to fulfill business unit financial targets in alignment with available resources, approvals, accreditation and changeability.
∎ Work upon organization tools like SAP,CRM.
∎ Onboard new clients smoothly into the business and monitor progress alongside the operations team.
∎ Cooperation with internal and external colleagues from other regions and countries.
∎ Act as Single point of contact (SPOC) for customers to fulfil customer requirements and achieve customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
∎ Work alongside management to feedback sales/budget forecasts to the business.
∎ Maintaining and developing external partner networks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both internal and external communication at higher management levels.
∎ Good knowledge about the garment industry, audit initiatives, latest developments and changing market conditions.
∎ Ideally must have minimum 5 years' experience in the field of Key account management/sales/business development within TIC (testing, inspection, and certification) industry or 5 years within sales related role.
∎ Experience in the supply chains of different sectors like Retail, Garments, Commercial products, Toys, Pharmaceutical or Chemical Industry preferable.
∎ Knowledge about global audit initiatives (e.g. BSCI, SEDEX) preferable.
∎ Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness and goal orientation within all levels of clients and the team.
∎ Fluency in spoken and written English, other languages are preferable.
∎ Knowledgeable in use of computer applications such as, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and willing to update skills as needed.

Salary: Negotiable
