Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversight of Study International’s recruitment activities and responsibility for the recruitment results in Bangladesh(B2B & B2C).
∎ Development and nurturing of SI’s connections with key stakeholders (i.e. Agents, International schools).
∎ Developing lead generation campaigns with the in-market teams, conversion and student engagement campaigns.
∎ Planning, managing and conducting recruitment activities within Bangladesh and Nepal.
∎ Contribution, as necessary, to problem solving issues raised by agents.
∎ Assistance in the preparation of monthly reports on recruitment issues and trends inclusive of recommendations. Support of tasks relating the University Campuses – as part of a growing team of colleagues.
∎ Maintain relations with official and relevant government authorities and departments through subscriptions and registrations with their provided programs and platforms
∎ Business Development Manager for International Student Recruitment will oversee all student recruitment activities, business development activities, account management and marketing events for B2B channels across Bangladesh and Nepal. You will collaborate with the Company Directors to develop B2B channels and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote international student recruitment for Study International. You will be representing Ireland as Destination.
