Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This job is responsible for managing and expanding customers within Bangladesh.
∎
∎ 1: Based on the customer information provided by the company, locate and contact customers. Proactively establish contact with potential customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, social media, etc.
∎ 2: Maintain customer relationships, pay attention to customer dynamics, visit customers regularly, and showcase an excellent company image. Communicate with customers regularly, understand their feedback on the company's products and services, promptly address customer issues and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Strengthen customer connection through visits and other ways, and enhance the company's image and brand value.
∎ 3: Develop local sales/agent partners and expand the trading business. Identify and evaluate potential sales or agent partners, negotiate cooperation matters with them, jointly develop the local market, and achieve business growth targets.
∎ Salary: 700-800 USD/month
