∎ Masters/MBA in any discipline from a reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
∎ Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to develop and implement operational changes
∎ Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs and arrange business meetings with prospective clients
∎ Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate to promote the company’s products/services
∎ Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the Sales Team
∎ Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
∎ Liaison with the Finance team, Warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate
∎ Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. and report submission to Management
∎ Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 years of experience in related filed from any branded merchandising outlet out of which 1-2 years in similar position
∎ Previous experience working in a senior business development role for a similar company.
∎ Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth.
∎ Natural leader and motivator of sales and business development teams.
∎ Ambitious and target focused with a drive to succeed.
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English
