Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dreambound Agency is looking for Business Development Manager
∎ To plan and execute the development activities based on company's business objectives
∎ To visit designated market segments regularly, meet prospective clients and generate new business
∎ To ensure regular follow-ups to the existing clients and update client database with full information
∎ To achieve periodical sales target
∎ To collect, compile & share market intelligence information and report to the Management
∎ To analyze periodical sales, market share of competitors' brands and find out the ways & means how to improve market share and retain business sustainability
∎ To prepare annual budget for assigned area, formulate policy for implementation and ensure appropriate monitoring on action plan with a view to achieving the sales target
∎ To ensure appropriate monitoring on merchandising and promotional activities
∎ To set guideline for optimum sales and introduce new techniques & ideas to the sales force for promoting their products & improving their skills
∎ To perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ecommerce business development, Branding, Business development, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Direct Sales
∎ The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership quality
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Should have excellent people management skills
∎ Must have excellent English and Bangla language skills
∎ Must have working knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
