Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth & Sales Development
Identify, pursue, and convert opportunities for Training and Courses, or/and English language, or/and IELTS, IT, Social media or any other training.
Initiate and develop corporate training, and/or professional development programs, and/or skill enhancement services.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Prepare and present proposals, training solutions, and service offerings to clients.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and industry partners.
Conduct client meetings, understand training needs, and recommend customized learning solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement through timely follow-ups and support.
3. Market Research & Strategy
Conduct market research to identify Training and popular courses trends, industry skill/Training opportunity gaps, and competitor offerings.
Replicate the Opportunities and design similar courses
Identify new Training educational verticals, sectors, and partnership opportunities.
4. Coordination & Team Collaboration
Work closely with trainers, instructional designers, and operations teams to deliver high-quality programs.
Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns
Manage lead-generation activities.
Ensure proper documentation, CRM updates, and reporting.
5. Outreach & Networking
Represent the company at events, seminars, and industry forums to promote training services.
Build partnerships with associations, forums, and skill councils.
Generate leads through experience, networking, references, and relationship building.
