Responsibilities & Context:

Codeware Ltd. Training Center is a leading IT education provider, offering professional training programs in Web Design & Development, Digital Marketing, Software Solutions, and IT Services.

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Marketing Officer to oversee all sales and marketing activities for our training center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for student enrollment growth, developing new strategies, and achieving admission targets. Candidates with prior experience in educational institutes, training centers, or IT education marketing are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the training programs (Web Design, Development, Digital Marketing, Software Solutions, IT Services).

  • Drive student enrollment by executing both digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

  • Generate qualified leads through social media, email marketing, SEO, paid ads, events, seminars, and partnerships.

  • Conduct counseling sessions with prospective students and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, guardians, corporate clients, and educational partners.

  • Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, workshops, and campus engagement programs to increase brand visibility.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and student needs to design effective campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the academic and operations teams to align marketing with course offerings and training schedules.

  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, enrollment targets, and ROI analysis.

  • Ensure monthly and yearly admission targets are achieved.

  • Handle both B2C (student-focused) and B2B (corporate training/partnership) marketing opportunities.

  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management to support growth objectives.
