The Opportunity

We are looking for a confident, people-first Business Development Executive to join our team. Your job is simple in concept but powerful in execution: We bring the leads, you close the deals.

No hunting, no list-building. You will be handed qualified opportunities and trusted to take them across the finish line through smart communication, consultative conversations, and genuine relationship-building.

What You'll Do

  • Close Warm Leads: Receive qualified leads and initiate professional outreach on behalf of Zeriotic.

  • Consult & Solve: Understand client needs and clearly communicate how Zeriotic’s custom solutions can solve their problems.

  • Negotiate & Convert: Handle objections, build trust, and guide prospects through the decision-making process.

  • Maintain Momentum: Follow up strategically to keep deals moving forward and close them efficiently.

  • Track Progress: Keep clear records of conversations and deal progress.

What You Bring

  • Exceptional Communication: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

  • Rapport Builder: A natural ability to build rapport quickly and earn a client's trust.

  • Negotiation Skills: Confidence in handling negotiations, answering tough questions, and addressing concerns.

  • Relevant Experience: Experience in B2B sales, client relations, or account management is a plus.

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with tech, software services, or digital agencies is an advantage, but not mandatory.
