Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As a member of the Business Development team at Corporate Academy, a leading training institute for professionals, you will play a key role in supporting our mission to deliver high-quality training services. Your responsibilities will include:
∎ Course Coordination: Assist with organizing and scheduling courses, ensuring smooth execution.
∎ Sales and Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote courses and generate enrollments.
∎ Data Management: Maintain organized records of participant information, sales leads, and course feedback.
∎ Customer Support: Provide timely and helpful responses to client inquiries and support requests.
∎ New Course Launches: Assist in planning and promoting new courses to meet market demand.
∎ Class Coordination: Ensure classes run smoothly, coordinating with trainers and participants.
∎ Participant Communication: Serve as a key contact for enrolled participants, managing communications and feedback.
∎ Promotional Activities: Support marketing campaigns and outreach efforts to boost brand presence.
