Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase company revenue and market share
∎ Identify potential clients and manage the sales process from initial contact to final sale
∎ Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
∎ Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
∎ Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
∎ Need to work with various clients and closely monitor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Bachelor in any discipline
∎ Working skills and practical knowledge are prioritized over academic qualifications.
∎ Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in HR and payroll solutions
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
∎ Ability to manage lots of clients
∎ This is a full-time position, with a probationary period of 6 months.
