Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ BBA / MBA / B.A (Honours) in English
∎ Preferred with major in English or Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Communicate with Corporate Clients, Build-up Cordial Professional Relationship.
∎ Assist in development and implementation of marketing and action plans aligned with company sales strategy
∎ Visit the target Customers and ensure Customer satisfaction
∎ Must be Capable to achieving individual business target on monthly, quarterly, half quarterly and yearly.
∎ Initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new business opportunities.
∎ Identify and establish Contact, maintain and develop good relationship with the client.
∎ Maintaining all documentation and ensuring logistics for tendering and large sales.
∎ To share idea how to improve the business with management and other colleagues.
∎ Strong communication knowledge (English and Bengali)
∎ Good IT skill (Word, Excel, Power-point, e-mail, Web browsing)
∎ Strong knowledge in written & spoken English
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The job will require Corporate client (b2b) visits.
∎ 1 - 3 years experience in direct sales will be preferred
∎ Applicants having hands on experience in the b2b sales will be preferred.
∎ Must be proactive, smart, self motivated
∎ Must have aggressive selling attitude
∎ Should have skill in business communication
∎ Should have good presentation skill
∎ Good IT skill (Word, Excel, Power-point, e-mail, Web browsing)
∎ Must be prepared to work under pressure
∎ Should be good in written & spoken English
