Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to support the growth and operational efficiency of our application services division, SAMS Apply. This role combines strategic sales efforts, partner relationship building, and day-to-day operational coordination. The ideal candidate will have a sales-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Collaborate with the team to generate leads and support conversion targets for SAMS Apply.
  • Engage with prospective students, agents, and institutional partners to maximize enrollment opportunities.
  • Assist in designing and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition and increase revenue.

Partnership & Relationship Management:

  • Maintain consistent, professional communication with partner institutions and agencies.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Respond to partner inquiries and provide regular updates.

Team & Operational Support:

  • Support internal team members to ensure focus on sales and operational priorities.
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback to maintain high service quality.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure smooth workflows across teams.

Process Improvement & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with both regional and head offices to align and streamline operations.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Contribute to team and company-wide objectives through active participation and innovation.
