About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development Executive to bring in new architectural and interior design projects. If you understand the architecture/construction industry, love taking on challenges, and want high earning potential with complete flexibility, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
· Identify, pitch, and secure contracts with real estate developers, private clients, and commercial builders.
· Present the firm's architectural portfolio to potential clients.
· Build long-term industry networks and close design agreements.
Requirements
· Sound knowledge of architecture, interior design, or the construction sector.
· Resilient mindset with the ability to take on challenges and hit targets independently.
· Prior sales/BD experience in architecture, real estate, or building materials is preferred.
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Compensation & Benefits
