Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and engage potential students and corporate clients.
∎ Provide students with information about entry requirements, language tests (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL), and scholarship opportunities.
∎ Provide one-on-one counseling to students on study abroad options based on their academic background, interests, and career goals.
∎ Convert leads through digital marketing, referrals, and direct outreach.
∎ Build partnerships with universities, agencies, and test centers.
∎ Meet sales targets and provide regular performance reports.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
∎ 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development (education sector preferred).
∎ Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills.
