∎ Proven experience as a Business/Data Analyst in a structured business environment.
∎ Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
∎ Knowledge of Python/R is a plus.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for growth.
∎ Develop reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for management insights.
∎ Collaborate with teams to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
∎ Conduct workforce trend analysis to support skill development strategies.
∎ Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting.
∎ Automate data processes for operational efficiency.
