Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in IBA (DU)
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration from any Foreign Institute
∎ Skills Required: Business Analysis, Business/ Product Development, Market analysis, Strategic Business Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements.
∎ Analyze business data, Competitive Market data and support data-driven decision making.
∎ Analyzing commercial data such as budgets, sales results and forecasts.
∎ Forecast the business on a short-run as well as a long-run basis to achieve the operational goal.
∎ Check with Business Planning regarding monthly, Yearly target and capacity utilization and create and maintain financial models to drive business decisions
∎ Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
∎ Prepare business performance reports on a monthly basis.
∎ Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
∎ Prepare and maintain a master database by identifying sources of information, assembling, verifying & backing up data.
∎ Creating functional specifications for solutions and estimating costs and identifying business savings.
∎ Create monthly, quarterly and annual operational plans, forecast ops KPIs, set goals and provide data-driven, consultative analyses that directly supports quality decision making.
∎ Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client's specific business needs.
∎ Drive continuous improvement of increase business development and revenue.
∎ Assure strategic policies to develop market and clutch the market share according to the company's needs.
∎ Any others job assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Excellent in Microsoft Office specially (VLOOKUP, Data Validation), Word, PPT.
∎ Ability to generate a graphical representation of data & report on short notice with maximum efficiency.
∎ Sound Knowledge in SPSS/Analytical software candidates will get preferences.
∎ Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Energetic, confident, and proactive.
∎ Knowledge about B2B and B2C
Salary: Tk. 70000 - 80000 (Monthly)
