Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining business & Technical level communication with the clients
∎ Identifying and documenting client/ User requirements
∎ Reporting on requirements progress as input to project status report
∎ Walkthroughs and sign-offs of requirements package
∎ Preparing and conducting requirements presentation for senior executives
∎ Facilitating requirements gathering workshop
∎ Creating Business System Architecture
∎ Reviewing design document and ensuring requirements are met
∎ Supporting QA and testing team
∎ Reviewing test strategy, test plans and test cases to ensure requirements are met
∎ Documentation of functional and non-functional requirements
∎ Documentation of Non Functional Requirements
∎ Reviewing defects and working with client to determine priority of fix, manual work around etc.
∎ Handle inbound calls and emails with enthusiasm, a passion for customer service, and positive energy to answer questions about products and services.
∎ Provide timely, high quality responses to external and internal customer questions and escalations, while balancing the company's and the customer's needs.
∎ Respond promptly and accurately regarding escalation resolution, while actively navigating internal departments and vendors to ensure seamless resolution for all customer issues.
∎ Work closely with development team in an Agile SCRUM environment to refine and support the development, testing and release of functionality
∎ Operate within the Support procedures, standards and policies.
∎ Engage in company-sponsored and self-motivated training and learning opportunities to expand technical and soft skills, as required, for effective performance.
∎ Achieve individual and team performance goals related to customer satisfaction, customer retention, and profitable company growth.
