Requirements:
Skills Required: Property Preservation, Property Management, ITES or BPO industry
Additional Requirements:
- Age 18 to 35 years
Qualification in any Business field of study
Strong verbal and written communication (grammar and spelling required)
Positive, can-do attitude, with a commitment to excellence and achieving goals
Technologically proficient, with experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to interpret and manage property data, bids, and inspection reports
Independent worker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
Experience in property preservation, REO, FHA conveyance, or vendor management is preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
Collect and analyze stakeholder requirements.
Evaluate workflows and data to identify process improvements.
Analyze reports to guide decision-making.
Audit work orders before submission to avoid rejections
