Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Management or Business Analytics or Bsc in Statistics or any equivalent discipline
∎ Degree in technical field such as Statistics, Business Analytics, Business Management, or the equivalent
∎ A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (e.g. data/sales/pricing analyst/finance)
∎ Skills Required: Advanced MS Excel and MS word skills, Excel, PowerBI and SQL, VBA, Word
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
BPO/ Data Entry Firm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with Excel, PowerBI & data analysis on a daily basis
∎ Creating ad-hoc and regular reports
∎ Working with the client on reporting automation
∎ Taking part in meetings with Client
∎ Responding to Client needs/requests/inquiries
∎ Preparing tools, ad-hoc reports to help the Client with everyday activities
∎ Optimize tasks and processes for efficiency
∎ Work with Sales & Operations Teams to identify key capability needs and identify potential challenges in realizing these
∎ Constantly improving processes
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Understanding of the Fashion Retail Industry
∎ Strong understanding of MS Excel+VBA
∎ Very good knowledge of PowerBI and SQL
∎ Attitude to solving challenges, strong analytical skills
∎ Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
∎ Empathy, strong interpersonal skills as well as an understanding of client relationship building are essential
∎ Availability, commitment to the work duties, communication and excellent organization skills
∎ Desire of knowledge and self-development, solution-oriented, problem-solving mindset
