Educational Requirements:
∎ (B.Sc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make/prepare working drawings for RCC and Steel buildings
∎ Preparing approval sheet drawing for various organization
∎ Develop detailed design & drawing for both Interior and Exterior work
∎ Drafting the Structural & Architectural drawings as required
∎ Correction of drawing as per site requirement
∎ Estimating
∎ Preparing bill of quantity (BOQ).
∎ Applicant must have knowledge in Auto CAD operation, drafting, Scheduling
∎ Conducting technical and feasibility studies.
∎ Developing detailed structural technical designs using a range of computer software.
∎ Assessing potential risks, materials and costs.
∎ Resolving design and development problems.
∎ Managing project resources.
∎ Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries.
∎ Ensuring implementation of technical compliance.
∎ Ensuring the completion of project complying BNBC rules including safety requirements.
∎ Monitoring progress and compiling reports.
∎ Design and drawings of different types of industrial buildings and others as per requirements.
∎ Expert in 3d modeling like Sketchup, Linion,
∎ Strong in graphic software like Photoshop etc.
∎ Adequate knowledge in interior designing and other related design.
∎ Any other relevant assignment given by management
∎ Prepare working drawings for RCC and Steel buildings.
∎ Knowledge of 3D Studio Max will be an additional advantage
∎ Develop concept and detailed design & drawing for both Interior and Exterior work
∎ Drafting the drawings as required
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
∎ Coordinate with clients regarding design related issues
∎ Meeting and Design presentation to client if required
∎ Applicant must have knowledge in Auto CAD operation, drafting, Scheduling.
∎ Specialization in 3D visualization/modeling/texturing & V-ray rendering
