∎ Execrience on Skin & Beauty Care and Gyne & Urology portfolio will be preferred;
∎ MBBS degree will be preferred;
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for professional correspondence and internal communication.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze competitive market environment & identify new business opportunities;
∎ Formulate the marketing plan of assigned portfolio/ products;
∎ Plan and execute promotional campaigns to meet sales targets;
∎ Design promotional materials and ensure timely supply and distribution in coordination with relevant departments;
∎ Visit doctor/nutritionist/customer to strengthen relationships & monitor the promotional activities;
∎ Monitor field activities and gather market insights;
∎ Track prescription trends and sales performance; take corrective actions as needed;
∎ Organize monthly regional conferences and product training sessions;
∎ Develop training materials and provide continuous development support to the sales force.
