∎ More than 3 years experience on Gyne & Urology portfolio are required;
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for professional correspondence and internal communication.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze competitive market environment & identify new business opportunities.
∎ Formulate the marketing plan of assigned portfolio/ products (specially in Gyne & Urology).
∎ Plan and execute promotional campaigns to meet sales targets.
∎ Design promotional materials and ensure timely supply and distribution in coordination with relevant departments.
∎ Visit doctor/nutritionist/customer to strengthen relationships & monitor the promotional activities.
∎ Monitor field activities and gather market insights.
∎ Track prescription trends and sales performance; take corrective actions as needed.
∎ Organize monthly regional conferences and product training sessions.
∎ Develop training materials and provide continuous development support to the sales force.
