Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

FMCG Sales & Marketing, Relationship Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
∎ Helping shape and communicate our vision and mission.
∎ Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
∎ Manage a team of marketing people for working on brand initiatives.
∎ Lead creative development to motivate the targeted people.
∎ Establish performance specifications, cost & price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
∎ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
∎ Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities.
∎ Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
∎ Monitor product distribution and consumers' reactions.
∎ Devise innovative growth strategies
∎ Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics.
∎ Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should be enthusiastic, energetic with good interpersonal skills.
∎ Candidate must have computer literacy.
∎ Candidate should be self-motivated and ready to take challenges.
∎ Good command on both spoken and written English.
∎ Proven working experience as a Brand Manager.
∎ Proven ability to develop brand & marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to the executives.
∎ Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
∎ Excellent understanding in marketing mix and culture.
∎ Strong analytical skills with a creative mind.
∎ Data-driven thinking and affinity for numbers.
∎ Outstanding communication skills.
∎ Up-to-date with latest trends and best marketing practices.
