Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Analytical ability, Digital marketing expert, Effective Communication, inbound, Report Writing, Research Design/ Analysis
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Group of Companies, Market Research Firms, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Select prospective problems and design products which can be the solution to the problem
∎ Planning and executing the launch of the product
∎ Achieve monthly KPI (Sales+ Brand Value+ Customer acquisition+ Brand asset etc. set by MGMT.)
∎ P& L management
∎ Campaign planning and execution
∎ Robust, effective and efficient reporting & analysis to make correct decisions
∎ Coordinating with e-commerce platforms & influencers
∎ Coordinating with specialists to gain knowledge and smooth execution
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Inbound Marketing,
∎ Digital Marketing,
∎ Social Media Marketing,
∎ Data analysis,
∎ Marketing strategy,
∎ SMS marketing
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 45000 (Monthly)

∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Festival Bonus during Eid Ul Fitr, Eid Ul Azha and Pohela Boishak
∎ Monthly Roaster Leave Facilities
∎ Yearly Paid Annual Leaves Up To 21 days and Sick Leaves 10 Days
