• Age At least 30 years

• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Good knowledge of computer operation.

• Develop Strategy and execute the marketing plan of assigned brands. 

• Make strategic decisions for launching market-demanding new products to enrich the portfolio.     

• Should have sound communication skills to achieve the desired objective.     

• Coordinate & Conduct CME, RTM, International congress, and other scientific activities with the doctors’ community.

• Able to have analytical and forecasting skills, business savvy & ability to multitask.   

• Communicate & coordinate logistic support to the factory for smooth supply of production for new & existing products.·        

• Extensive field visits for professional engagement with the KOL doctors.    

• Develop and deliver innovative promotional materials & activities to the field colleagues with proper training.   

• Ability to prioritize own workload and work independently and commitment to meet deadlines.
