Experience:
- At least 5-7 years of work experience in branding and marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong practical knowledge in graphic design, and video-making.
- Strong knowledge in visual art including photography from conceptualization, execution, curation to marketing
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork, time management, and project management skills.
- Detail oriented and well organized with strong delegation capacity

Responsibilities & Context: Description
The Brand and Marketing Manager will be responsible for continuously maintaining the company’s brand aesthetics, internally and externally. This includes reviewing, updating, and maintaining the company’s visual representation in all aspects of design. The role will include overseeing the creation and execution of design solutions including imagery, charts, infographics, motion-graphics, video/photo and multimedia elements used for branding, marketing, advertising etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop brand and marketing strategy with implement a comprehensive marketing communications strategy for 6 sectors, Friendship Colours of the Chars, and other associates.
- Supervise and lead the activation of the marketing operations with organizational strategic priorities in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the creation of multi-media brand assets from the creative studio (aligned to overarching Friendship brand architecture).
- Ensure photography attains styling guidelines, shot objectives and project delivers as scheduled and within budget.
- Provide recommendations on the best and most relevant visual design style consisting of stationery and motion graphics and materials suitable for specified target audience
- Leverage creative and marketing knowledge to develop new creative campaigns for specific targets. Make data and insight-based decisions to design new campaigns and evaluate existing campaigns.
- Maintains departmental equipment and supplies; may research and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive prices on required materials and equipment.
- Performs other duties as required and review the monthly performance of direct reports.

- Excellent managerial and creative skills in development and execution of marketing materials
- Proficiency in photography and video-making conceptualization
- Experience in the development of statistics, charts, and overall marketing strategies using PowerPoint presentations
- Ability to respect timeframes and meet deadlines
