Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand & Activation Manager to lead brand-building initiatives and oversee event activations for a prominent foreign lifestyle and wellness brand in Bangladesh. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in brand marketing, consumer engagement, and event execution — with prior experience in the beauty, personal care, or wellness industry being highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market presence and customer affinity.
Plan, organize, and execute event activations, product launches, and experiential campaigns that reflect brand identity.
Coordinate with creative, marketing, and retail teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Identify opportunities for brand visibility through partnerships, sponsorships, and participation in relevant events, exhibitions, and fairs.
Design and execute on-ground activations in collaboration with hotels, malls, and lifestyle venues to maximize exposure.
Monitor brand performance and consumer insights to refine strategies and activation plans.
Ensure all communication materials and brand collaterals meet international guidelines while being tailored to local market preferences.
Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality activations on time and within budget.
Develop post-activation reports measuring ROI, consumer engagement, and business impact.
Leverage prior experience in promoting beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands to create impactful brand campaigns.
