∎ Experience in foreign furniture showroom.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Bangla
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordGood understanding of sales metrics and customer behavior.
∎ Smart, proactive, and target-driven
∎ Knowledge of interior design trends will be an advantageAbility to multitask and work under pressure
∎ Experience in foreign furniture showroom.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations of the furniture showroom and ensure a premium customer experience.
∎ Manage sales staff, assign duties, and ensure team targets are met.·        Achieve monthly and annual sales goals set by the management.
∎ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
∎ Maintain proper display of furniture, cleanliness, and showroom aesthetics.
∎ Ensure stock levels are adequate and coordinate with the inventory department.
∎ Manage showroom expenses, including rent, utility bills, and petty cash.
∎ Submit daily and monthly sales and expense reports to the head office.
∎ Train and mentor sales executives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
∎ Coordinate promotional events, discounts, and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
∎ Visit potential B2B clients (corporate offices, architects, interior designers) to build partnerships.
∎ Monitor and evaluate staff performance regularly and report to Head Office as needed.
